Thai Sparkle Food — Restaurant in Kwai Tsing District

Good local Thai food that is closer to what you actually find in Thailand vs more fancier places in shopping plazas.

This has benefits and downsides. On the plus the food is authentic tasting and some things were delicious like the pork neck and vegetables. I loved the stir fried yellow prawn curry. The stir fried clams also great and super tasty.

Other dishes were much too sweet for my tastes personally including the yellow pork curry and laksa curry noodles. However they were enjoyed by others on the table.

Drinks were good too. The iced longan tea was perfect for a hot day. The restaurant is helpfully very well air conditioned without being too cold

i ordered Catering order thru deliveroo and this restaurant prepared and sent the order an hour late!!! they just sent the order through a taxi driver who didnt know the way and we have to pick him up at the carpark.

called the restaurant and they just kept saying on the way. never told me that they asked a taxi driver to deliver who definitely wont send up to your place. i paid $320 for the delivery for this kind of service.

Their food has always been quite delicious. Price is also acceptable. They used to have the poorest service when there were many customers and were extremely slow. Now they got fewer customers and the boss is more humble and has improved service quality
