The flavor of the base is great, rich but not too strong to finish it all. Texture is right in the middle area, not super thick like ive seen some places and not watery. Perfect id say. I got the spicy twice and it was awesome both times. Pork was great, not to fatty but tender, again great value. The noodles are perfect period. Cooked perfect, not to soft not too hard.
