This place has a bit of everything and you'd be surprised what you can order here. While probably one of the most expensive restaurants in Sheung Shui, the food is done quite well. I've always come in for dinner or supper and the food quality is maintained throughout. We ordered the roasted pork with eggs on rice, fried squid, sweet and sour pork, some veggies and a claypot rice. The roasted pork and eggs were great, with silky smooth eggs over a bed of perfectly cooed rice. The fried squid, comes out piping hot and is fried to perfection; just go easy on the seasoned salt and soy sauce that come with it. The sweet and sour pork also great, each piece still had crispy batter on the outside even though it's been tossed in the sauce. The veggies were a bit of a let down, way too salty but the greens were fresh; a waste of the greens in my opinion. Lastly, the claypot rice was one of the best ones I've had in recent memory. The flavors of the toppings, to the doneness of the rice, all perfection. Most places that make claypot rice run the risk of heating up the rice too much and as a result burning the rice.
