Blacklisted. Been here twice for yum cha. Table cloth was clean but I appreciate nothing other than that. Very expensive, double of the price you pay for other yum cha place in Sheung Shui. Poor customer service (inefficient, rude) and poor food quality (undercooked, too salty, full of MSG, and the jasmine tea tasted bitter). The restaurant is clearly understaffed. One of the staff spilled sauce on my dress when she was collecting used plates from another table. She apologised but didn’t have time to sweep the carpet floor immediately, so for the rest of my meal, I was surrounded by soy sauce and chili paste. Also it took more than 20 mins to get the bill and the change, which is very inefficient.
