This small shop in Shek Wu Hui of Sheung Shui is an unlikely gem. It serves Thai noodles, there is Tom yum soup base, boat noodle and clear broth. The shop is very small, perhaps can only host three to four tables at a time, and lines can form during rush hour. I went twice within a week and found the noodles to be delightful.
