I had a very unpleasant dinner experience, with serious hygiene issues and disrespectful services. This happened when a waitress collecting dishes from our desk. There is a stack of dishes, included a dish with unfinished sushi on the top. And the waitress just put the whole stack in the grey container which is to collect those dirty cutlery and dishes for washing. And when my family and I spot that, we told the waitress that it is unfinished, and the waitress simply put that dish with the unfinished sushi back on the desk instead of replacing a new one for us. That’s just super disgusting for you know all those dishes there is dirty and you’ll have to eat that. So we ask the waitress to give us a new one, the waitress then pass that dish with one sushi to the kitchen, and soon there is a dish of the sushi came, with the same colour of the dish, same spot with a dirt, but 2 piece of sushi instead of one. The waitress claim this is a new dish of sushi but very obvious it is not. So the waitress start being annoyed, but I insist to have a new one. So the waitress send that back to kitchen, and soon again, there is another dish came to our desk, this time they change the dish but not the sushi, which is the same dish of contaminated sushi. I soon understand that’s no use to argue with the waitress so I leave that dish of sushi untouched. Later after all of my family finished their food, we ring the service bell and another waitress comes. So I start my conversation with “唔該” but then she just talking to the customer next to me instead, and claimed that oh the bell shows it is not your desk seeking help so I come to serve her. I was like rolling my eyes, and the customer next to me also claimed that she didn’t ring the bell, I was already furious about the services. Then I take a deep breathe to hold my emotions back, then the waitress starts being impatient and said in a rude tone, so what do you want? It is very disrespectful, so I demand to cancel that dish of sushi from my bill, while the waitress didn’t even give us any response or apologies by just walking away. At the end of the dinner when we line up to check out, it seems not only me complaining about the service, but also the rest of the customers is complaining about either food or services. I’ve reported this case to customer service to the restaurant, and claimed to reserve the right to take further action. I would say I can still take it if it is just one or two stuff being rude, but I would definitely fight for my right when it comes to hygiene issues. This is...
