we went for lunch on Sat table for 2 before 2pm. No waiting needed despite there were plenty of ppl inside already.

we ordered the Australian Wagyu plus seafood all you can eat set with black garlic pork bone soup base. drinks are free. ice cream with cones too! 🍦

org it's 348hkd per head but it's 40hkd off per head discount. 90 Min limit.

The quality of the food is great and one of the best 👍👍 all you can eat hot pot chains I visited!!!

I rarely eat chicken for hot pot but their chicken are really tender and tastes good.

we were already very busy with the food provided that we didn't go to the bar for much food unlike at other places and we still feel very very fulfilled!!!

usually I had to order 3 plates of beef, pork and grab lots of veggies and other food but this time we only had 1 plate of wagyu and 1 plate US supreme beef ribs, pork, chicken, seafood and very very little veggies.

their plate of meat are more than those at other restaurants.

首先一讚，點了鴛鴦鍋，他們索性給了我們2個大鍋shabu shabu, 完全不用擔心湯底搞混在一起。

壽喜燒湯底味濃，甜醬油味道突出，甜味鹹味比例適當，配搭牛肉食用絕配，令人吃不停口，非常推薦。

豬骨湯底則不過不失，味足又不會過膩，穩陣之選。

火鍋配料🍲

種類：🐧🐧🐧🐧 賣相：🐧🐧🐧 味道：🐧🐧🐧🐧

種類方面，除了套餐包含的海鮮、任食牛、豬、雞外，外面自助吧還有不同款式的配料選擇，例如各式丸子、蔬菜、菇類、芝士腸、雞蛋、麵食等等，選擇頗多。

賣相方面，各式肉類、海鮮攞盆尚算整齊，色澤新鮮。

味道方面，牛肉為澳洲和牛，經薄切後一淥即熟，肉質尚算軟嫩。

肉片攝取了香醇的壽喜燒湯後，味道濃郁香甜，令人欲罷不能，必食之選。

除此以外，亦十分推薦少見的蒟蒻麵和綠茶麵，口感彈牙爽滑。

綠茶麵更能吃出淡淡綠茶香，跟壽喜燒湯底效果出奇地相配。

熟食🍛🍢

種類：🐧🐧🐧🐧 賣相：🐧🐧🐧 味道：🐧🐧🐧

種類方面，有小食如魚蛋燒賣、咖啡牛肉、各式炸物、壽司以及店舖推薦的流沙奶黃包，選擇頗多但稍嫌雜亂。

賣相方面，中規中舉。唯一不推薦壽司，色澤暗淡，彷如隔夜般不新鮮。

味道方面，炸物如炸餃子、魚皮等新鮮香脆，不會過鹹，值得一試。

但推薦的流沙包就不太理想，主要是麵包皮太硬乾身，毫無麵包應有的柔軟濕潤質感。

流沙餡則不錯，流沙效果理想，能吃出咸蛋黃香。

甜品🍨

種類：🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧 賣相：🐧🐧🐧 味道：🐧🐧🐧🐧

種類方面，有多達十數款可供選擇，包括有泡芙、各款糕點、慕絲杯、軟雪糕、棉花糖、葡撻以及店舖推薦的麻吉燒，十分豐富。

賣相方面，不過不失。沒有特別造型，但外觀尚算整齊，色澤新鮮。

味道方面，個人推介長駐甜品一口泡芙粒，外皮柔軟不會過乾，內裡忌廉香滑輕身，不會過於甜膩。

店舖推薦的麻吉燒，口感味道類似湯圓，但外皮較湯圓硬身，煙韌有咬口。

內裡餡料經滾煮5分鐘後呈流心狀，無論芝麻還是花生味道，都味濃甜美，值得一試。

不推薦軟雪糕，因為經雪糕機一擠出來，已呈溶化狀，最外圍部分已如水般稀，感覺不太衛生。

平日晚上6時左右來訪，無需等候便能直接入座。

環境：🐧🐧🐧🐧

環境裝修一般，地方寬敞，桌與桌之間走廊位置尚算寬闊，不易碰撞。

在場不少卡位、沙發位提供，座位舒適寬闊，亦方便放置隨身物品。

桌面面積夠大，足夠容納數個碟盤，方便放置食物。

自助區食物放置尚算整齊衛生，每樣食物均會有獨立蓋子覆蓋好。

服務：🐧

除非特別示意，否則不會有服務員主動回收用完餐盤。

上菜速度一般，服務員有送錯食物的情況出現。

態度惡劣，例如因聽不清服務員說話時，向他加以追問，反過來被大聲責罵。

🐧❤️結語：壽喜燒湯底濃郁出色，食物選擇眾多，不介意服務態度較差者可以一試。

Unfriendly staff . Staff urged me to leave table before time was up for the all you can eat hot pot just because it appears I wasn’t eating anymore . Refused to offer to fill the soup base in my pot when it was low .

Also dipping sauce selection lacked selection . Beef taste bland . Overall poor experience compared to the cwb branch
