Haidilao Hot Pot (Tseung Kwan O) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Really average food but expensive. Service is so so and felt too attentive while I appreciate some quiet time when eating. I got a ticket to wait for the nail service. I waited for almost 2.5 hours. When I went and check the ticket number, I found out that they skipped my number. They explained that some customer canceled their booking quoting my number. It took them a while to find another nail technician to do my nails for me. It was truly frustrating and not respectful of my time. While I believe it is not intentional, i think they can do a better job cross checking the information before cancelling...

I loved it here, the hot pot set up is the best I've seen so far in Hong Kong, the quality of the food is very good, there's an all you can eat congee, and soup, also, all you can eat fruit at no extra charge, however! Sauce is a payable extra! And they check! Staff are extremely helpful, and look after you, It's definitely a popular place for a birthday celebration! they'll sing to you and make you day special, certainly made me smile, All in all, it's definitely a place...
