Considering it's price range, its service could have definitely been better.
There were various occasions when interacting with staff where while we caught their attention and they came by to help us, since we only spoke in English, there were multiple times where they would suddenly duck away or ignore our calls. To just walk away mid question of what the soup of the day was was very rude and could have been circumvented with a quick: "I'm sorry, please give me a moment to ask for someone else who can better serve your needs." I went with my family a little after peak lunch time on a weekday, so there were less people and staff. The level of service should definitely have been better.
