The food here is worth checking out! We tried the beef pho, grilled chicken with rice and a steamed Vietnamese style ravioli. The latter two were not bad but not anything special. However we quite enjoyed the pho! It had a nice combination of ingredients like beef ball, tripe, tendon, raw and cooked beef. The ones I've had in the past typically had one or two types. Such a combination is rare! Quite common back in Oz and I suppose in Canada! Soup was also not overpowering and salty but still had a nice clear flavour. Ice coffee was a bit disappointing. They used radish to make the soup sweeter rather than roasted onions and garlic so it was the easy way out. On top of that, the broth justed tasted spicy but didn't have the beefy / porky aroma a slow cooked bun bo hue should have.
