Fat Cow is an excellent burger restaurant with a lot of hip style and has very cool interior design from the entrance to the bathroom. The burgers are some of the best to be had in Shanghai (since Blue Frog). The milk shakes are great but the salad is a bit underwhelming. The service here is fantastic, the manager and staff are all attentive and kind. Will be back again!

Enjoy a fabulous, juicy burger! There are many different offerings on the menu, along with several different types of salads. You can also enjoy malts and milk shakes. All in all, it's a great western meal experience. Yum!

FAT COW 剛好來靜安區拜訪朋友，結束後一個人要找個地方吃午餐。 友人強烈建議我來吃吃看不遠處的FAT COW。其實我不是一個喜歡吃漢堡的人，但因為在靜安小區的梧桐樹與紅磚之間，看到了這家風格強烈的美式餐廳一不小心就把我吸引進去了，當然還有友人無心的那一提。 接待服務人員非常機靈且有著美式餐廳獨有的那種利落直接大方談吐，得知是一位後迅速安排了吧台的位置。高腳椅左邊是餐廳特色牆右邊看著靜安區下午靜謐的街景與匆匆行人。 漢堡口味眾多，詢問一年輕秀氣的服務員有沒有推薦的漢堡口味。他漫不經心的說很多客人點鵝肝漢堡。我心想第一次當然要點牛肉漢堡，而且店名又不是FAT GOOSE。當然這只是我的腹誹。我點了最簡單COWABUNGA牛肉漢堡+SIDE SALAD(沙拉口味也是有很多選項可以選擇)，外加吃漢堡必備的汽水類飲品。 雪碧先上看到紙吸管表示驚訝也開心，謝謝微小的力量為地球盡心力。之後漢堡一上來我看著泛著油光還散發著焦香的漢堡肉覺得幸福。我十分鐘就吃掉了一整個漢堡，完全沒有停頓。牛肉漢堡非常多汁肉與脂肪的比例剛好，完全不會有肉乾柴的問題。 基本切達起司也不會太搶戲，搭配特製醬料實在是一個完美的搭配組合。沙拉菜新鮮吃完肉後享用也很棒。這可以說是我有生之年目前吃過的漢堡專賣店中，最好的一家。也是最好吃的一個漢堡。 因為菜單還有好多可以嘗試的漢堡沙拉組合。 所以基本上如果下次有機會再拜訪，我會先餓一餐，然後祈禱我可以多吃幾個。 奉上4顆星星給不愛吃普通漢堡但愛吃美味漢堡的你妳你妳。 TAOTAO.W
