It was the worst dining experience ever. We made a reservation in advance for New Year's Eve but waited half an hour after being seated for no one to come and serve us. Then we waited another half an hour after ordering, but your staff didn't even inform the kitchen to place the order. I wasted a whole hour for nothing. And your staff providing services in China cannot speak Mandarin well (speaking in a dialect instead), which greatly affects our communication. They have received no employee training whatsoever.
