Jiangnan Weidao — Restaurant in Shenzhen

We had a lovely meal here while staying up the road at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. We were hosted by colleagues so had little involvement in the ordering of food or drinks. But they chose well. We indulged in the "hairy crab" which was quite a show. But the flavour was bordering on bitter and it was impossible to extract any meat out of the small shellfish. I won't order crabs for a long time after that. But that was my limitation not the restaurant - they delivered everything in spades. There was an ice skating rink next door which deserves a mention as it was in a shopping...

Good taste! Appropriate to foreigners and Chinese. Need to order 6-8 dishes for 4...
