Paletto意大利餐厅 — Restaurant in Shenzhen

I have never been here before in fact in my short Stay over here this is probably one of my top restaurants, me and my friends who live here went to have dinner as a birthday celebration, they will most certainly be going back. We were welcome with a glass of Prosecco, then we ate oysters, spanish ham and culatello. Afterwards, I had the black tagliolini (this for me was the star dish) and my friends had the parmesan risotto and the short ribs (which looked amazing), everything with a bottle of wine that was suggested by Andre, which matched perfectly! For dessert we had a delicious tiramisu. The entire evening was amazing. I would like to thank to Maria, Andre and everyone else for making my friend´s birthday...

It's always in the details, and here, the Ritz delivers.

Expensive, yes, but you should be coming here for the quality, ambiance, and attention, all of which are delivered in spades at Paletto.

Maybe it shies away from authentic Italian, like something you'd have in Taormina, but still, the food and service is excellent.
