Frog meats and Kunquat Lemon Juice

So many special foods you can find in mainland, and this is almost the first time i eating frog again when i’ve grew up but actually you won’t feel it’s frog meat the texture is just like chicken haha, such a good try in mainland

The signature dishes of this frog sop, garlic cooking frog in pot having large portion, the frog is tender and fatty, l like the potatoes pieces and rice cakes are pretty chewy

Spicy frog having very crispy layer but indeed too spicy

SpicMala chicken feets is good but too spicy for me and the mala is melting out

Garlic Clam with vermicelli is quite nice, calm is pretty fresh and sweet

Kumquat Lemon Juice is great when you eating spicy foods haha helping a lot to calm down your tongue

Fried pork is so good and crispy, but again so evil

The foods are okay i esp like the kumquat lemon juice, tasting sweet and fresh

Chained Frog hotpot restaurant serving Sichuan cuisine and dessert too. Its signature hotpot is 紫蘇/ perilla fried frogs spicy pot. The frog legs has the tasty savoury flavour with the unique smell of perilla. Its iced bean curd jelly served with the floral honey, which enlightening the hot stomach, becomes one of my favourite desserts now. Be careful of the cushions placing on the sofa as they are not as clean...
