La Rosabelle Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Tsuen Wan District

My family came to eat here after we felt guilty that there was no one in the restaurant and the chef and waitress kept calling out to us. To be honest, because of that I didn't have any expectations for this place, and on top of that the menu was way too expansive for anything to possibly be good (usually the best restaurants have smaller menus imo). However I was very glad to be wrong. We got a couple of lunch specials (comes with soup/salad and dessert for $88) and a smoked salmon salad, and the food was amazing. The fish and chips were perfectly seasoned and deep fried to the most gorgeous crispy brown. The spaghetti carbonara was creamy and salty, and although not authentic, it was delicious and filling. My favourite dish was actually the soup of the day, a carrot soup that was reminiscent of butternut squash soup. I also had my first iced lemon tea of Hong Kong and it was a blast from the past when they gave the simple syrup in a little cup on the side. For dessert, it was a brownie, but it contained walnuts which we're allergic to so we couldn't eat it.

The food here is definitely good, and I hope they continue to stay in business. However I did find it a bit infuriating that the chef kept calling out to us, and when we finally acquiesced and sat down, he wouldn't leave our table for like 5 minutes bc he had to keep pointing out every menu item that we might like. The interiors offers a luxurious yet modern elegance vibe , kinda reminds me of wondering around Museo Del Louvre’s alley 🖼️ Palladian windows mirrors with different drawings hanging on the wall make the atmosphere so glamorous They also have the gold bar if you are down for a drink🥂 . For our lunch today we ordered a French-style mussel pot with fries 💕 The chef selects fresh blue mussels in season and cooks them with a mouthwatering white wine and cream sauce Flavour is just right not too salty and the portion is big enough for sharing🥰 . 21 Day DRY-AGED PRIME Rib Eye 12oz Beef cooked just well and the meat was tender and juicy , topping with grilled green beans ,asparagus and mixed green, super satisfying 💕 we also add on with extra side of mixed veggie and mixed mushroom which they served with a hot pan , everything was cut nicely and small so i can eat in one bite🤰 presentation of food and service was on point!

We noticed the a lot of new restaurants have opened in the new area nearby the sea side. We decided to come here to try out the new restaurant! This time we picked this western one as we’re craving for some meat! the interior is very facet and and area is very spacious! A lovely place to have a quiet 🤫 environment and also great for a dinner date out. we order a few main dishes that they recommended- clams in creamy sauce alongside with French fries. It was made fresh and portion was big and juicy! Each piece was cooked nicely! then our pasta and risotto also arrived, with truffle sauce for the first and seafood truffle for the second. Again, portion was huge and fulfilling. Very nice cooked and not to mention the staffs were very attentive to our needs. scallops in big pieces and flavorful sauce. last but no least was their grilled chicken in garlic sauce with fries!
