30 Oct 20: came here again for birthday buffet dinner, however some of the foods are not served e.g. BBQ pork, Thai style hotpot soup, cakes, fruits, no free flow soft drinks, although the manager said it was because COVID-19. The price no change, but selection became less, I think I won’t come here again.
26 Oct 19: the first time went their for the birthday dinner buffet after renovation. However, a bit disappointed was because the sashimi and crab legs were not fresh and staled. Food choices look like less than before, not that cozy compared with last time, BBQ choices less than before, kids corner is very few choices (only little sushi and jelly), even kids wont come to take foods. Price of course increase after renovation. Chairs and tables are all new but not really comfortable, not much space between tables. Need to consider whether we should come next time. Remember, no more live band!

新加坡是我想都未想過去的地方因為實在太熱了!但對於當地的美食我是很喜歡的,可幸的是身在香港的我們都可以品嚐到獅城美食,這夜就約上朋友瘋狂吃一場豐富自助餐。
上星期日晚跟好友去到香港黃金海岸酒店的Cafe Lagoon吃自助餐!原來為慶祝新加坡60周年國慶推出了獅城美食主題,當中是星馬迷的好友開心到不得了。
先帶大家看一看自助餐主題獅城風味巡禮的美食!
獅城美食包括有肉骨茶、麥皮脆蝦、咖喱牛腩、香辣星洲炒飯及海南雞㰷,這些都是比較家傳戶曉的星加坡美食。
往前走去到西式熱葷區!打頭陣有慢燒和牛肩胛肉及燒密餞火腿,緊接著還有韓式燒雞、黑松露薯蓉、紅酒燉和牛面頰、三文魚頭及番茄湯。
這個美食檔位供應超級引的和牛壽喜燒好此品者不容錯過。
中式熱食有清蒸原條石斑、金華火腿娃娃菜、黃金鳳尾蝦、咕嚕肉、鮮蝦荷葉飯及姬松茸火腿燉豬展湯。
再往前走還有肉桂南瓜、泰式魚餅及炸洋蔥圈等異國風味美食。
現成沙律選擇有不少而且質素亦很不錯!包括有蜜糖芥茉薯仔雞蛋沙律、羅惹沙律、韓式涼拌茄子、泰式粉絲扎肉沙律及南瓜沙律。
喜歡吃芝士的朋友也有三款選擇,另外還有我喜歡吃的巴馬火腿、蜜瓜、挪威煙三文魚及沙律吧。
來到大家期的冰鎮海鮮區!有白蜆、海蝦、扇貝、雪花蟹腳、翡翠螺及青口任均選擇。
日式專區亦供應不少新鮮的刺身!有甜蝦、馬刀貝、赤背、鯛魚、油甘魚及三文魚,另外還有多款壽司及卷物可供選擇。
有看過我介紹這兒的自助餐必定會記得有戶外燒烤區!現在逢星期六、日及公眾假期就可以品嚐到一系列充滿炭火香氣的美食。
當中包括有炭燒乳豬、炭燒雞翼、炭燒羊架、炭燒大蝦、燒菠蘿、燒茄子及腸仔,另外還有我最喜歡的雞肉沙嗲。
想健康的話還可以品嚐即叫即灼的新鮮蔬菜,最後還有飽腹的夏威夷薄餅供應。
來到甜品區一系列甜品已經藏身於凍櫃之中!包括有黑森林蛋糕、椰香黑糯米、雜莓慕絲蛋糕、熱情果慕絲蛋糕、南瓜撻及士多啤梨拿破崙。
轉過彎還有葡撻、香噴噴的即製斑蘭窩夫、Häagen-Dazs雪糕杯及新鮮切件水果。
另一邊的甜品Corner還有小朋友最愛的朱古力噴泉、椰絲彩虹啫喱糖、杯子蛋糕、黑糖黑芝麻大福、芒果布甸及焦糖爆谷。
任飲專區包括有生啤、美祿恐龍、冰水、冰茶、新鮮檸檬片、罐裝汽水及自助咖啡機,想飲什麼自己決定還可以無限暢飲太開心喇。
終於行完一個圈肚子已經投訴了是時候要開餐喇!先來杯凍檸茶走甜清爽一番。
首先來一碟自選的前菜沙律碟!超級豐富最合用作打底一會兒便不用吃得那麼兇,冰鎮海鮮夠新鮮最愛當然是雪花蟹腳梳梳鮮甜蟹肉非常鮮美,另外羅惹沙律也是我這天的Favourite,充滿新加坡風味非常切合主題。
刺身充滿光澤感看見已知道新鮮!當中的赤貝尤其爽脆鮮甜真好吃喔。
熱食先來一碗新加坡風味的白肉骨茶,味道正宗帶上胡椒香辣好暖胃,海南雞皮爽肉嫩油飯香濃真的好吃,來多一件地道的麥皮蝦夠晒滿足。
接著就要品嚐我最喜歡的BBQ美食!這兒的炭烤乳豬我還是第一次品嚐,芝麻皮香氣十足但我更喜歡多汁的肉肉。
這兒的燒雞翼是我吃過最喜歡的出品!充滿炭火香氣雞皮帶點蜜味肉質鮮嫩又多汁,兩隻吃下仍有點意猶未盡,其他的BBQ美食也是高水準之物,雞肉沙嗲也是不能錯過的美食。
這一刻來碗姬松茸火腿燉豬展湯!湯頭濃郁味道香甜有胃納的話真的要喝番盅。
來到這刻已經有點滿足!但見到剛剛新出的原條清蒸石斑忍不住取了少許,魚肉質感很嫩滑估不到自助餐蒸魚也炮製得相當有水準。
西式美食意思意思取了三文魚頭及我喜歡的薯蓉品嚐,但最有驚喜是那碗非常濃郁的番茄湯,味道酸酸甜甜非常開胃好喝喔。
來到甜品環節我真的滿足到投降了!只跟友人分享一件斑蘭窩夫配雲呢拿雪糕,冷熱交融的口感實在太誘惑又要增磅了。
現在吃自助餐的客人更可以六折購買手工「旺來酥」$138,我之前已經品嚐過金黃酥脆酸甜可口味道真心不錯的。

Read moreThis is a belated review. Years ago (~10), before the cafe was refurbished, I frequented it. After refurbishment, my first visit was 2019. The food was acceptable, though the dessert choices were not as abundant as other buffet operators. The ambience was laid back and casual. I've seen diners in flip flops. Not unlike the gold coast in Queensland! It was quite value for money; it was clearly the cheapest buffet out of other counterparts of similar calibre. I would recommend to someone who would like to enjoy a good buffet...
