Gold Coast Prime Rib — Restaurant in Tuen Mun District

Compare to the Chinese restaurant and cafe lagoon at the hotel, this restaurant is a disaster. 🤯🤯🤯

Went there today for high tea, the only good thing is the atmosphere and the pretty view beside windows.

Food wise, every single items in the high tea set is bad and not fresh. Items suppose to be warm, like scones and the tempura, were ice cold and soggy. Sandwiches were rock hard, proven it was made maybe days ago. Desserts like Mochi were also hard and flavourless. Huge disappointment.

Staff wise, they were polite but not enthusiastic nor passionate about their job. No facial expressions, only offer water when asked and weren’t using lots of service language. Which was super strange, coz staffs in other restaurants were completely opposite and make us felt very welcome every-time we went.

All in all, avoid this restaurant when visiting Gold Coast hotel, but cafe lagoon and the Chinese restaurant are fabulous in...

You know when you are at the supermarket (or anywhere else) and there is a deal like “get this sampling platter of six different cheeses for only HK$100!”? It’s probably too good to be true and you realize you should have just spent the $100 or so on one good cheese. The tea set was kind of like that. 媽媽節除咗中餐之外食西餐亦都好正㗎 ！好似我老婆大人咁都幾鍾意食西餐，所以呢日我哋就同埋朋友就去咗香港黃金海岸酒店再食媽媽節食大餐，大家唔好唔記得我哋有兩個仔一個係車車一個係Wagon！所以絕對冇大細超車仔、Wagon各請一餐媽媽節飯。

今次呢餐係喺香港黃金海岸酒店入面嘅Gold Coast Prime Rib嗰度食，咪以為佢剩係得牛肉正呀原來仲有好多正嘢都好好食㗎。

一坐低即刻送嚟熱辣辣嘅麵包，幾款都好好味搽厚厚嘅口牛油落去食更加正斗。

除咗有好嘢食之外飲品都好特別，因為呢期餐廳同Twinings合作推出咗茶調特飲，總共有四款我哋嗌咗其中三款嚟試。
