Resto Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Tuen Mun District

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a letter regarding my unpleasant experience at Restro. I was fairly or I can say most dissatisfied with the outrageous attitude of the staff working at Restro, especially thinking that this Restro will have pretty good standards knowing how long this Restro is. This is an absolutely displeasing situation.Restro, placed in Gold Coast, I am atrociously saddened by this experience.

First of all, I had a very dreadful dining experience as I have said previously. But the Customer service from the staff is unreasonably horrible. The staffs working was ignorant and wasn’t up to good standards, we had to shout just to get attention which I must is disgracefully rude. From rambling to other staffs, to taking outrageously long just to let customers in is a disgrace to the restaurant entirely. How miserable and faulty to do so.

Overall. I’m very unfulfilled with my experience at the Restro in Gold Coast. I will very much like a situation like this to be fixed for future occasions. Today was such a miserable experience but I do hope you will take this complaint as a report on what to improve.

Nice place to eat in the Piazza. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They serve Italian food various dishes to chouse from. Also serving set lunch and set dinner consisting of, Soup or Salad, 1 Main to choose ( either pizza, pasta, risotto, seafood or meat, includes coffee or tea. Set lunch priced from $90 - $120 and $ 198. They service is also good but the staff are not well versed with their menu. I asked what's the salad and soup of the day and it took a while for the waitress to decide. Even the food was served in a rush. I was half done with my salad but the 2 ladies with me, were just beginning with theirs when the mains starting pouring in. By the time the ladies started eating, the pizza and the risotto was cold. Maybe because the A/C was on and was quite cool inside. Only the baby ribs were bit tough, maybe they ran cold that's why. After i finished, i asked for my coffee with milk. The waitress asked me, 'Cappuccino?' I said, 'No, i want a regular coffee with hot milk'. And lo and behold I got a Cappuccino. Overall the food is good and the service is okay but need...

Every Saturday, I volunteer at Crossroads Foundation. And every Saturday, I enjoy going to 'Resto Bar and Grill' to grab a lunch. And honestly, I'm never dissatisfied! I've been a regular of Resto Bar and Grill for a while now. Every time I arrive to the restaurant, the staff are very welcoming and greet me warmly with a great smile. The manager is seriously fantastic, one of the nicest managers ever! He ensured that my food was all good and that the service was great. The price fits the range of what other restaurants in the area charge, depending on the fact that it's located in Golden Beach. The food itself is great. The restaraunt has a wide selection of foods to choose from, from burgers to steak to pasta. Will definitely...
