There are several good coffee shops around Tuen Mun including Hidden Coffee & Roasters on Castle Peak Road. They have a fair sized indoor seating area and are open from 11am to 7pm daily, offering a typical range of coffee drinks, a few non-coffee and counter foods as well. I stopped recently and had a decent mocha coffee with a good milk, espresso and chocolate blend. Espresso came through fine, made for a good mocha drink. Service was friendly and timely, overall a good coffee experience in Tuen Mun.

Good coffee and drinks. I would recommend this place for coffee enthusiasts hanging around Tuen Mun. They serve their drinks with metal straws because they care about turtles. Ambience was okay. We were seated at the back because the place was packed and it was fairly dark. They need more light in there. Mood light is cool but it's a cafe not a restaurant for dinner. Would go again just don't sit me at the very back.

Easily one of the better coffee shops in town. The people who work there are clearly passionate about coffee. I have been there twice now for their pour overs, and both times were impressed by their beans and extraction. I think if you are looking for quality beans that are roasted in house locally here in Hong Kong, look no further. It is great to see a coffee shop that only serves dark roast with milk.
