Mint Thai House 薄荷葉泰國菜 — Restaurant in Yuen Long District

Food is good, overall management is terrible.

I was seated at around 8pm, which is a decent dinner time. They had no more chef special chicken left, which is fine. So we ordered something else. First dish came at 815. Then we waited. And waited.

Meanwhile we tried to order something else, but they had no vegetables left. They also had no rice left.

We continued waiting for our other dishes. At 930, they told us they had sold out of pork as well. Does it really take an hour and a half to realise you have no more of that ingredient left?

There were still customers coming in after us - and it's shocking as I overheard the long list of "out of stock" items on the menu. Might as well cross off entire pages.

It wasn't too late, so it is unreasonable they ran out/didn't stock enough. But worse of all, they failed to let us know in a timely manner.

PS. The second dish came at 945.

Came to this restaurant during Christmas day, the shop owner was very fun to be with, took pictures for us, he even offered us gifts as it was the season of giving. Service was very good, food arrived in timely manner as well, there was heating available for customers sitting in public space. There is a wide selection of food and beverages, and all of them was very tasty. Booking is recommended and definitely worth the money to eat there again,...

元朗情調高質薄荷葉

l泰式民族風情吊燈、傳統泰象布料、木系的泰國地道店的色系， 集合於元朗人氣的泰國餐廳「薄荷葉」之內， 露天座位加上色彩繽紛招牌及吊燈，睇門面就如一間高級酒吧， 無錯，佢的確有各式各樣的酒類選擇， 而且還有一般泰國餐廳未必有的驚喜泰菜款式。

餐廳環境舒適有空間感，最岩就係小編約埋家人一齊， 平日晚上來CHILL下飲下啤酒吹下水的好地方。 餐廳的大電視屏播放著輕快泰國音樂MV， 而所有食物經由泰籍廚師主理，讓人投入正宗泰國風味， 無論假日定平日來就如與家人來了一個遊泰小旅行，倍感寫意。

MENU 花多眼亂，最終4人選擇左幾款店主推介唔錯的菜款， 分別有齊沙律、雞湯、串燒、魔鬼魚、雜菜煲、炒飯等， 當然諂亦少不了強烈推介的生力黑啤。

甜柚鮮蝦沙律 $108 推介:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 擺盤精美有層次，兩隻大蝦下佈滿開胃的柚子、 拌勻著芽菜、洋蔥蘿蔔絲等爽口配菜，有份酸甜清新感， 加埋可口的沙律醋放埋一齊，完整還原了一份泰國前菜的開端。

椰汁雞湯 (少辣) (細) $108 推介:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 上檯用湯匙一撈，熱辣辣香濃椰汁味 足料片片雞脾肉、雞脾菇秀珍菇、車厘茄洋蔥等， 配色吸引，有份濃郁鮮甜味又加左一份辣味刺激感。 共有４款湯可以選擇，係冬蔭公湯以外值得飲的一款。

椒鹽魔鬼魚 $168 推介:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️必食 自從幾年前到泰國食過蒸魔鬼魚之後， 想食地道魔鬼魚已經變成如此奢侈， 難得有兩款魔鬼魚叫一定要食。 呢款椒鹽魔鬼魚要來送酒真心一流! 炸得香脆，最正係可以連骨食。 面層放上色彩繽紛青紅椒、洋蔥同蕃茄仔陪襯， 雖然魔鬼魚炸得稍為乾身，但整體是值得一試的一味。

沙嗲串燒（牛、豬、雞) 各2串 $108 推介:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️必食 送酒系列當然又係必叫的，用上大酒杯上檯， 店員一開始已放好三款醬汁任你沾上， 無論係牛豬雞都份量十足，用上大串竹籤呈上， 每串都有４—５件肉粒，豐富飽足，打卡一流！

廚師特色蝦醬炒飯 $138 推介:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 外在同內在都十分吸引眼球，廚師放盤下了不少心思， 將蝦砌成寶塔一樣，蛋網密密包住溫暖的蝦醬炒飯， 碟上更放有幾款唔同顏色的配菜， 係第三款完美配合色彩的心機款式， 如果蝦醬可以再濃烈到打開蛋絲都聞到個香味的話， 呢款係我會下次再來都必定再叫的一個炒飯。

雜菜粉絲煲 $118 推介:⭐️⭐️⭐️ 雜菜款有齊哂西蘭花椰菜花、芥蘭、蘿蔔、蕃茄仔等， 粉絲量十分多，精華湯汁亦被粉絲掛湯吸滿， 遘性價來講稍為偏貴，可以試試其他炒菜款會更吸引。
