invited to a dinner in the country, Kam Tin, tradition style Chinese restaurant. Walked in, saw a huge bbq goose, ordered, fried bamboo shout fish, winter melon soup, lobster noodle….. all tradition great tasting, really good away from from all those modern fusion cuisine, a lovely time!

星期一去錦田花埸，就在附近酒樓午膳。環境一般，服務一般，但價格就非一般略貴，不過味道尚算合格。12:30入座時見差不多滿座，可能因為附近只得這中式酒樓，其他都是是西式或茶餐廳，附近車場老闆人員都喜愛到來進食。這裏燒鵝應也不錯，頗多食客落單，但不是我們的愛好，也想食幾款點心。 燒雞 - 3人一致都話唔錯，皮脆肉嫩。這裏嘅燒味應該有一定嘅保證。 鮮蝦芝士焗伊麵 - 份量大，鮮蝦也大隻，伊面就一般啦。 棉花雞 - 不過不失，沒有什麼特別。 金錢肚 - 夠腍，稍鹹。 腐皮卷 - 皮不夠脆，冧咗。餡料鮮蝦也不錯。

Every time we come in from the city for the weekend we like to have breakfast here. I can't read Chinese but can speak it and the staff is always friendly. If your here in the morning try the rice porridge with fish, it's one of our favorite things to order. They also have a awesome rice dish with riblets and chicken...

The staff are very attentive, which is amicable since this place is almost always very full. This is one of very few places that still do Taro Fried Dumplings The Roasted Quail is very reasonable. Siu Mei with Noodles is a large portion As a family I have been coming here for 10 years, but maybe only 3 or 4...
