CoHee is a really good little coffee shop and cafe Just off Kam Tin Road in Kam Tin. Opening hours are 10am to 7pm daily. They have a small indoor seating area that is modern, tidy and cozy. Menu features a typical range of coffee, non-coffee and light bite food orders they can prepare for you in their kitchen area.
We had lunch here recently after visiting the nearby heritage attractions around Shui Tau Tsuen and enjoyed everything served. The scrambled eggs, mushroom and parmesan served on sour dough bread was very good. Would have preferred the bread to have been toasted but this was still a very good savoury dish. The molten chocolate lava cake was a very nice dessert order. Cake was warm, soft and filled with delicious chocolate. Both plates were attractive and tasted great.
Coffee orders were just as good as the food. Long Black along with espresso shot was perfect, a slightly bold bean with the perfect amount of water. We also found the espresso tonic to be really good, a nicely prepared cold coffee drink that was particularly refreshing after a hot couple of hours sightseeing nearby.
We liked everything about our visit to CoHee Studio. This is a great coffee shop in an unexpected location. It is a perfect spot to end a morning shopping at weekend markets of Kam Tin and/or after exploring the heritage buildings of Shui Tau Tsuen not far north of here. We greatly look forward to visiting again the next time we are in this area...
Read moreEarl Grey Chocolate - $38 The moment you take a sniff, there’s a strong Earl Grey aroma, subtly accompanied by the scent of chocolate. Upon tasting, the chocolate forms the base, but the Earl Grey flavor really stands out, elevating the seemingly ordinary chocolate to a whole new level of complexity!
Lobster Salad • Salmon Roe • Avocado • Ciabatta Bread with Balsamic Salad - $98 The balsamic dressing has a perfect balance of vinegar and olive oil. The slight tanginess from the balsamic vinegar enhances the flavor of the food without overpowering it, while the aroma of the olive oil ties everything together beautifully. The salad is topped with rocket leaves, radish, and cherry tomatoes.
But the absolute highlight is the lobster salad, salmon roe, and avocado! The freshness of the lobster salad leaves an unforgettable impression—the flavor lingers in your mouth long after you’ve taken a bite. The finishing touch, though, is the hint of wasabi in the salad. The mild kick from the wasabi makes it so irresistible that you just can’t stop eating!
The texture of the entire salad is incredibly rich—you’ve got the delicate strands of lobster meat, the creamy smoothness of the avocado, and the juiciness of the salmon roe. Hahaha, I can’t write anymore—I need to...

My friend, who is 1st time visiting HK, and I were looking at the coffee beans they were selling. We asked which coffee beans will they recommend. A male staff just answer it's depends of which one you like. So, he failed to give any advices. So, of course we want to have a smell of the beans. Then, the male staff just got mad and said we should not squeeze the bag of coffee bean. In which, we stopped squeezing it and just holding it. He still said we squeeze it. So, we asked how can we know the smell of coffee if we were unable to smell it? He refused to answer. We were the one who said. Okay! We are just holding it and calm him down.
After everything, there are no "Sorry" from any...
