We ate here the night before and ordered coconut shrimp (delicious) miso soup sushi and salmon. Service was fast food was good, we had to fill out some paperwork that took an excruciatingly long time. I was paying ( i am a female) my friend who was a male was not. The waiter kept directing his attention to my friend who kept having to tell him to address me since it was my card and information. We came back the next night because it was good but had a very different experience. Almost all available tables were dirty. Our food was ok. The fake crab was not good. And of no control of the restaurant but we had an inconsiderate family next to us with screaming toddlers. We had these children constantly approaching our table. Not a good experience in fact very stressful. Would come back for drinks not sure about food. My drink was supposed to be smoked but did not come with smoke but still...

This restaurant is a local chain with several locations in the city. The overall quality of food is above average and fresh. However, the menu has some inconsistencies. I went last Monday for an anniversary and ordered a tuna steak. The tuna was at least 50-70% thinner than what it was supposed to be (as shown in their menu) and cooked almost well done (something that should never be done with tuna). I tried to speak to someone but couldn't get a manager to help me. Today I called their phone number to follow up but had to wait 23 minutes on hold only to have the call hung up on me.
