Our experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because...

Our experience was really disappointing, I paid the full price in one platform named trip, and the terms about this hotel were taxes included, when we arrived the receptionist charged again the taxes forcing me to pay arguing “that’s the law “ but I took a screenshot of my reservation and terms where was so clear I shouldn’t have to do it, in the picture us so clear even when I’m Colombian I didn’t need to pay off my staying us less than 60 days. This person was incredible rude and unhelpful also blaming me for “don’t guess” I have to pay double taxes in the hotel. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND GROSS with a client, btw the manager came and 100 percentage was more unhelpful and useless, she didn’t know nothing about the terms they are selling the hotel services on platforms, saying they need to charge because the website was “ foreign “. What a ridiculous reason, not coming from a person who knows how to do her work. I honestly recommend chance the administrative staff… absolutely unhelpful and rude. But I give the best compliments for the maids and people in charge of the restaurant, they deserve to be in reception they know how to me respectful and polite, the cleaning was amazing and the breakfast delicious!! Hotel Bogota 100 is not a 4-Stars, but a 5-one thanks to its dedicated staff that makes you feel cared for and loved. We were looking for a place to stay for the remaining 8 days of our trip after having an unfortunate experience with Airbnb. Other booking apps wouldn't let us prepay online for the whole staying unless a CC is physically shown at the front desk. After searching hundreds of places, Bogota 100 pops up due to its excellent Google reviews, strategic location, Wi-Fi speeds, out-of-this-world breakfasts, price per night, and (of course) pain-free online payments. This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations, we recommend it with enthusiasm, and it is now among our favorite places in Bogota. Thanks to Olga and Staff, for pampering our family the way you guys did. We definitely will come back....
