AIRPORT LOCATION IN BOGOTA. Very disorganized. Took them 30 minutes to take our order. and another 30 to bring our breakfast. Which we had to get up and speak to the manager as they seemed to have forgotten about us. The meals are served in teflon pans... which is a NO-NO. We are eating teflon ( see the photo) which is poison. CANCER !!!!

Delicious food and very nice and polite staff. Prices pretty high like on an airport BUT!!!: If you’re a foreigner they will ask you not “if” but “how much tip are you going to give”! And then they put it on the bill. I personally don’t like a customer approach like that so wanted to inform or maybe warn the future visitors about it.

I was told by an airline employee that this was the lesser worse restaurant at this side of the airport

Food was normal. The salad was great. Somebody forgot that I was at the table, when I saw people on tables that arrived after me, I had to ask for my meal...and that was really fast, my food came barely warm, limes were dry. I was told by an airline employee that this was the lesser worse restaurant at this side of the airport

Bad customer service. I got there and told them from the door that I have a limited time to eat. They promised it will be fine. I placed the order even without sitting at the table.

The food runner did not care at all even when the server told her that it was our meal, she served somewhere else. They served many other people that got there after us. Lock of communication and customer service.

Manager was right there and did not do anything.

I just said thank you and walked 🚶‍♀️ out. No respect for their...

It's not necessary to make a booking, I think this might be the only place at the airport which is open 24/7. The range of beers is really good, it is also good that the restaurant is quite spacious so it is convenient for people with luggage, the food was the downside, I would recommend to stick to the chicken, the wings, the fried cassava and the chicken burguer were really...
