The food at this restaurant was actually quite good, well prepared and flavorful. Unfortunately, the overall experience was ruined by the TERRIBLE SERVICE 😡. The food took an unreasonably long time⏱️ to arrive, and the server seemed more interested in doing anything other than attending to the customers. It was difficult to get their attention when needed. To make things worse, they attempted to clear our plates before we were even finished, which felt rushed and disrespectful. 😡😡😡

Una experiencia decepcionante en Wok

He sido cliente frecuente de Wok y siempre lo había considerado una apuesta segura, pero esta última visita fue realmente decepcionante.

Desde el inicio, la comida fue servida en tiempos completamente descoordinados: primero llegó un plato fuerte para una persona, luego otro, después las entradas con mucha demora, y finalmente otro plato fuerte mientras una persona seguía esperando. La experiencia se sintió caótica.

Las sopas, que normalmente son uno de sus fuertes, estaban insípidas —literalmente agua caliente con ingredientes puestos al apuro. A partir de ahí, el resto de los platos tampoco tenían el sabor característico de Wok. Lo único rescatable fueron los sushis, que estuvieron a la altura.

Entendemos que pueden tener una alta demanda, pero para un restaurante de este renombre y tamaño, la calidad y el servicio deben mantenerse.

La cereza en el pastel fue la reacción del personal cuando una persona mayor del grupo comentó la mala experiencia: "No es culpa mía", fue la respuesta. Una actitud poco profesional y lamentable.
