I watch a lot of barstool one bite reviews. Undercarriage is fantastic. Super thin and crispy. Crust is crazy good. Almost all of it was crispy and melts in your mouth. Sauce is perfect. Doesn’t overpower the pizza and complements the toppings. They use gas powered oven until 4pm and switch to an awesome wood brick oven. It does start to get soggy after half an hour so best for dine in. I got half Spanish sausage and half ham. The sausage was like a very thin large pepperoni (not crispy and melted into the cheese). The ham half was very Italian and had a hint of olive oil. Think less bacon and more fancy cheese board. I think the one bite review guy would give it at least a 7.7. I don’t think I’ve seen him give under that for a pizza with a crunch when you bite into it.

This is your typical authentic italian restaurant. Although they only serve pizza, they are so good! The dough is slim enough and all flavors are right. The place is beautiful decorated and gives this "at home" vibe. Food is served pretty fast as to what I expected. I really enjoyed eating here and I will definitely return to try other pizza combinations. The staff is kind and is always willing to give you recommendations according to your likes.

Good Italian style pizza! they’re purists so no pineapple, chicken or other variations from traditional Italian in their menu. The whole experience felt authentic, like we were on another city even. When we went we thought the service was quite slow though. Also I feel the menu lacks options, half of it is spirits which felt weird and I wish they had some starters for example.

Went over with some friends on the weekend to have some lunch. They were just opening. The place was really cool, beautiful, located in the middle of nowhere, we had to walk almost 1K from the metro station to get there. The service was really good, and the pizza was really tasteful, was as thin as possible and that’s my favourite kind.

My local friend and I call this "the best pizza in the history of humankind". I have been many places all over the world and fancy myself a pizza addict. The crust is perfectly crispy and flaky. There is just enough sauce. The toppings are tasty and fresh. Don't miss out! ... And don't forget to try their amazing desserts!

If you want to eat pizza ... it's no better place in whole medellin than this restaurant 😉 I thought i'm in small family restaurant somewhere in italy 😉 Excelent from firts moment to the last. Thank you.
