This trip was perfect. It was easy to book and the services were amazing. Trip to Guatape and El Peñol: this trip was very entertaining from the moment we got on the bus. Mateo was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us in detail and since he is bilingual, he assisted other tourists too. The food was good, the fare to the Guatape boat trip was included too. The bus driver was friendly and overall this trip was great. I highly recommend this to anyone. The trip to the coffee farm: our driver Juan Diego was also super friendly and attentive to our requests. Once we arrived to the farm, the hostess (Veronica Rendón) was the best!! She was so funny and knowledgeable about the coffee and it processes that it was hard not to pay attention to her. The farm and its accommodations were good, very traditional and overall a very satisfying experience. The only thing I suggest to the company is to maintain close communication with the customer to ensure all the details are properly explained. Overall these two tours were great and good value...

¡El tour fue increíble! Las vistas eran impresionantes! El itinerario fue perfecto. El tiempo suficiente para ver todo sin sentirse apurado. I visited from the US and this tour was amazing! If you’re visiting this tour is a must! The views were stunning! The itinerary worked perfectly. It was just enough time to see everything without feeling rushed. Mateo was an outstanding tour guide with a lot of knowledge of the history and areas we visited. Although I understand Spanish there were others visiting from other countries as well and Mateo was great at translating in English for those that needed it. Primeramente disfrutamos mucho la vista del puente colgante de occidente. Cuando llegamos allá nuestro guía nos ofreció un servicio de otro guía para que nos explicará la historia del puente por 10.000 o 15.000 pesos extra. A lo cual nosotros NO accedimos ya que mi familia no entiende bien español y mi hija tampoco. Además la otra turista americana No entendía bien español. Por eso explícitamente no quisimos ese servicio extra.

La otra turista le dijo varias veces a nuestro guía que hablará despacio pero él ignoró siempre su petición.

Cuando llegamos a Santa Fé de Antioquia, otro guía conocido al parecer de nuestro guía empezó a explicar la historia de Santa Fé de Antioquia. Unos minutos más tarde. Nuestro guía le dijo al Sr. que nosotros somos unos Chichipatos, pensando que Yo no oí su comentario tan irrespetuoso y abusivo de su parte en contra de nosotros.

A nosotros nos dio la impresión que él Señor Nestor no es un guía profesional de ninguna manera.

Al final del viaje concluído a las 3 p.m en el parque el Poblado. Mi familia le dio una de propina 10.000 pesos para demostrarle que no somos chichipatos, pero seguro si hubiera sido un profesional en su trabajo le hubieramos dado mucho más propina.

La turista americana no quiso darle nada, porque nos dijo que a una persona así de insolente no se debe premiar. Ella se va a quejar a la agencia con la que hizo su contrato.

A pesar del tenso ambiente con el Sr Nestor fuimos muy diplomáticos y tratamos de disfrutar la excursión.

No quisimos hacerle al Sr. directamente ningún tipo de reclamo, ya que pensamos que es mejor con ustedes. Además hubiera sido mucho más molesto y tenso el tiempo con este Sr. que parece tener sólo el signo pesos en los ojos sin importar mucho el bien estar de...
