The food and drinks were amazing but the service was a little off. They sat us inside with ac but 1 minute later a server came and told us we had to sit outside in the heat because we were in beach wear. Not sure why the hostess sat us inside at all, maybe she was newer? The server that moved us outside took our order then literally never returned. A bartender from inside came outdoors for whatever reason, noticed our meal was finished and asked if we were ready for our pre-ordered second round of drinks, then promptly brought them. This led us to think he was our new server. About 15min after we finished we still didn't see a server so we had to go inside just to ask for the check. The young lady inside was confused and said the outdoor bartender was our server, then walked out there only to be told by THAT bartender that she was never told to take care of us. After another minute of confusion the girl finally found our bill in the computer and gave it to us. She asked if we wanted to tip the server to which I responded "Isn't the 10% service fee already included?" She said "Yes but you could add more if you want." She was very nice so I politely said no but honestly, why would you even ask someone who just had this experience if they wanted to tip extra? Who would even get the tip, the server who clearly ditched us without assigning us to a new server? Make sure you dress appropriately if you want to be inside with the ac and know who is your server the whole time. We could have easily just walked away and left them to pay the bill with how little attention was paid to us, but I'm not a dirtbag. Still recommend for happy hour due to the decent prices and excellent food. Also, the outside area is lovely and well shaded, it was just an insanely hot day so I didn't really want to...

Tried to eat here three times while visiting Santa Teresa, only had luck once for take out! The hours online aren't often reflected in reality from our experience, as it would say open on Google Maps, like on Friday at noon, and when we went it was closed. That also happened on a Wednesday morning when we were going for coffee and pastries - closed again when online it said open. So just be aware and be nimble and ready to pivot!

All that aside, when we did have luck, it was around 7pm on Tuesday. The space is really nicely designed and offers indoor seating, which is a nice break from the heat. We were greeted right away by a server who quickly took our order. We tried a margarita pizza, caesar salad, and the lasagna bolognesa. The pizza and salad were good, but I'd say pass on the lasagna. The flavor was off, but the biggest thing for us was the texture, or lack thereof. The meat was so finely ground that it was more of a paste and therefore the dish was missing the texture we're used to in a more chunky meat and sauce. But the pizza was good enough that we did try to get it again, too bad it...

We came to Pronto Piccola Italian in Santa Teresa expecting a good experience, but instead received rude service and unprofessional behavior. The portions were extremely small for the price. We ordered a personal-sized Margherita pizza and three small pieces of toasted bread with chopped tomatoes (bruschetta), and it cost us $40! When we asked a different waitress for more water, we were met with a rude and unfriendly attitude. We paid in cash, and even though the bill already included a mandatory 10% service charge and 13% local tax, they still returned the wrong (short) change. When we politely asked for the rest of our change, they treated us with clear disrespect and made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were wrong to ask for what was rightfully ours. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable. Terrible service, overpriced food, and a very unpleasant atmosphere. Save your time and money – there are much better restaurants...

This place has outdoor seating away setback from the dusty road. It has free WiFi. You can order at the counter instead of waiting for a server to come to the table. We ordered a house salad, a Caesar salad, chorizo stuffed pepper, and vegetarian stuffed pepper. We also ordered a glass of red wine and a glass of white wine. The most flavorful part of entire meal was the croutons on the Caesar salad. The stuffed peppers needed some sauce or something to add a little more flavor. The wine was good and not overpriced. Overall, not an outstandingly flavorful meal, but definitely a safe bet. We were so happy to find they had gluten-free/dairy-free options.
