Zona Azul — Restaurant in Cabo Velas

We stayed at the W recently and were so excited to spend time at Zona Azul, and were unfortunately so disappointed. The service was practically non existent - we went twice. First time service was slow, but at least we were able to get a couple of drinks from our lounges. The second time we went we literally sat in a cabana for over 20-min with servers walking around, and no one would take our order or even came by to check in. They had a DJ that day as well, so we were excited to enjoy some time there, but even though we were one of THREE cabanas at the pool we still didn't get any service. We ended up leaving and just going to the WET Deck. Eddie provided incredibly amazing service, friendly and open environment, live music DJ came halfway through lunch which was awesome, the view was lovely, the air perfect, the food was outstanding!
