We've had bad experiences with this restaurant in the past, but everyone says it's so good that we decided to give it another shot. The waiters were very nice to our children and had a great attitude when it came to serving. The facility was clean and provided complimentary tryouts. We had fried calamari and fried red snapper. Unfortunately, the red snapper tasted like decomposed fish, and by the time I tried it, I'd already shared it with my wife and kids, so I had to return it. The breaded calamari had been chopped and then breaded, making for an unusual dish. I've been sick for two days. I learned my lesson with this bad experience; I will...

It is more expensive than in the United States, which is surprising for the place and location. The quality is very mixed so be careful what you order. Don't order anything that is not alive. I chose a small alive lobster, it was 2x the price of a fresh lobster in Maine, but it was pretty good. It was in a delicious garlic butter sauce and thankfully cooked perfectly. Also the beer was cold and good too! Again, order things that are alive at time of order to ensure freshness. One of their free appetizers was a molusk that was alive and was good. They have good...

Everything I had was excellent including the clam appetizers, patacones, vegetables and shrimp. We had a very pleasant experience. Prices are in line with prices in the U.S., maybe a little less. View was great and lunch is was relaxed. As good as the shrimp were, the sauces were the star of the show in my opinion. They went great with both the patacones and shrimp.

While it wasn't an amazing value, the price are fair and support the quality of food, service and experience you...

We got a great lunch at this restaurant today. It is located in my beautiful province of Puntarenas, right by the water. It was actually pretty cool 😎 to see several fish 🐟 swimming right by us. When getting ready to order, the waiter brought us some raw fish for us to choose the size we wanted fried. I ordered a mixed fish, chucheca and shrimp 🍤 cocktail. It was phenomenal 👏. Prices are reasonable between 8.000 to 13000 colones a dish ($20 to $28) Pretty worth trying . 💯 recommended.
