If you want to throw up... eat here. I went with my girl to try sushi in this highly rated place. I thought why not. And first of all no sapporo beer. Just sake, low quality. Second is they don't have riceless rolls and now i know why. They don't want to give any fish with the pieces. So i ask what is ur best rolls. I was pointed to the special rolls that are really really good. There is tons on rice in that thing. You can barely see the shadows of the old fish they are using to create this monstrosity they are calling sushi. My girlfriend couldn't wait until we reach home, she had to go throw up 3 times in the restaurant. That fast. Am ok. I can keep it down for now and handle the pain. The quality the flavor of the food is very low quality. I can stand not good tasting food. What i cannot handle is food that makes you throw up or sick. I dunno why people around here are rating it high or saying it is the best. My experience is way different and maybe they tired out at other times or they haven't had real sushi like we have in the usa. My opinion: avoid like you avoid covid.

Well years ago this place was very famous, they use to be the Catherine service of the Japanese embassy, and it was usually full, it did not matter if it was weekday or weekend. This has changed. The place was totally empty, and smell like urine (normally when this happens I just turnaround and leave, but I wanted to give them a chance). For some reason tables are like greasy, so I clean the table, and order my appetizer (They still serve teriyaki tuna) The food still had the quality of before, with size and taste. By the way, if you haven't used a Japanese bathroom, the have one that works, if you don't mind sitting in a public restroom.

This can only be considered japanese food if you never been outside of Costa Rica. Simply embarrassing! I've had the absolutely worst ramen I ever had. It contained instant chinese noodles, hard boiled egg (which barely warmed up from the fridge), 2 tiny pieces of very chewy pork, and stale lettuce for some reason... The broth was watery with almost no flavor at all. The amount of fish on sushi was less than at a chinese buffet! Overall this place is a joke. Makes me think that many of the positive reviews must be fake...
