If you are traveling with kids or want some peace, read this
This is without a doubt, the worst experience I had staying on a place. Let me try to recap this because is a lot of sh17. -The parking: it was all an entire nightmare, when I arrived, first thing I did was request access to the parking lot, for what I received the first red flag “you can open and leave your vehicle in the parking lot once, so, if you are not ready, leave it outside, nothing going to happen”well, I said alright. I left the car in front and suddenly, I had to jump out of the shower and run outside because my wife told me that police was about to pick up the car. If I was not enough upset at that point, it turned out that when they saw my car just said “that car cannot fit in our parking slot, is too big” it is a Nissan Frontier, literally like half the cars on the world size. For that unexpected situation, I had to park my car on a parking lot turning the corner and PAY, yes PAY for a parking place because of their random and not confirmed parking place issue. Well, money was not the real deal here, the struggle was that I was visiting with my family, a kiddo and a baby, so can you imagine going outside, in the city in a place we don’t know in the middle of the night with a kiddo and a baby? We had to return from dinner quickly because we didn’t want to walk so late with our children a block on a dangerous place. Don’t even necessary to mention that our 3 months baby could get a cold from walking in the street in the night.
-The location: Guys, you need to be considered and transparent, you need to specify that this is NOT a place to go with a family, instead of showing family rooms on booking. This is insane, dangerous and not ethical at all. Just to let you know that within 200m radius there were; a brothel just crossing the street, a Casino and a lot of escorts on the surroundings and 2 different club with a tremendous party and a lot of street people looking to earn something in the surroundings. The party ended almost at 4 am. We had no chance to sleep and our baby cried almost all the night. Be honest, specify that this is not a place for a kid at all, my kiddo asked me why all those girls were walking around the place. 🤣 Embarrassing moment but funny in some way. If you have kids don’t come to this place for their own wellbeing.
Finally, 2 things that I consider more a suggestion than a bad review: Check the tubes, something smells really bad for time to time in the bath and specify the breakfast schedule on booking, so people don’t have to pay for a breakfast that they are not able to take.
They were kind, is the only thing that I can...

Do yourself a favor: stay far away from this property. It is not what is advertised, and management clearly does not care about guest safety or honoring their word.
We were forced to leave this hotel after just 4 days of a planned 15-night stay due to the shockingly poor conditions. What was supposed to be a calm, safe place to stay during a medical procedure turned into a health hazard and a nightmare.
No air conditioning – this made the room unbearable and completely unsuitable for rest or recovery.
No access to ice, water, or even a vending machine. The bar and restaurant were also closed with no warning.
The room reeked of mold, triggering persistent coughing and raising serious concerns about respiratory health, especially while recovering from surgery.
No refrigerator, which made storing necessary medication or basic food impossible.
Loud music from the front desk all night long, every single night. It was impossible to sleep or feel any sense of peace.
Unacceptable cleanliness issues – a dirty towel on the floor when we arrived, overflowing trash cans, and not even a box of tissues provided.
We expressed our concerns at check-out and were assured by front desk staff a refund would be processed for the unused 11 nights. But when we followed up, the manager Esteban Coronel flat-out refused. We were left with no choice but to pay again out of pocket to book an Airbnb nearby.
This experience was not just disappointing—it was dangerous. The lack of cleanliness, air conditioning, and access to basic needs like water or refrigeration created a serious health risk, especially considering the medical circumstances we...
