Upscale restaurant, beautiful decor. We had to walk a flight of stairs to only walk another flight of spiral stairs. It open too a pretty open air spot , the designer did a great job. Read moreAll the pictures are great, the menu sounds amazing, we were very much looking forward to having dinner here after the symphony at National Theatre de Costa Rica... I ordered a special gin and tonic that never arrived. The waiter was nice enough but not at all attentive.. dropped at the table a bottle of sparkling water and glasses but didn't pour it. The food was beyond sub par. Our appetizers arrived the same time as the main dishes, everything was dry and overcooked, it was very obvious things were cooked in batches and not made fresh at all. My yellow tail tuna tasted like canned tuna and was so overcooked there wasn't an inkling of pink in sight. Maybe the drinks arer worthwhile as the ambiance is nice. I was very excited and upon entering thought when I return next year to Costa Rica for another three weeks I would stay here... NOPE! Keeping to the east side and the much much better...
