Bulevar Relax — Restaurant in Heredia

At the beginning it was a good atmosphere, however service was less than okay. I order Onion rings, Yucca frita, Chicken soup and Camarones with arros. The onion rings were the worst I ever ate the yucca was alright, soup was great but the rice that came with it was horrible and the worst thing was that it took them over 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES to get the rice and shrimp . I payed over 24,000 colones and she didn't want to discount 1 cent and not even a free drink. I called to talk to the owner 10 times and nobody answers the phone. There are more Bars around the corner which have better food and service. NEVER AGAIN GO THERE AT...

It is a 2-ambient bar. 1st floor has a regular latin-pop bar and the 2nd floor has a rave style and a place for dancing. It is not my kind of thing but i can see the appealing to it. It is not too crazy on top but one never knows...when i was leaving 2 girls try to stop me by dancing with me, they kind of abused me but i could leave...

I believe this is one of the most popular bars en Heredia downtown due to the location, space, parking lot almost in front of it and the music.
