Subway Heredia — Restaurant in Heredia

They were good---in the past. But on this visit things were bad. They were OUT of several ingredients---no carrots, no spinach, no croutons, and they removed roast beef from their menu! When I complained that my favorite ingredients were missing, one clerk there Made Croutons on the Spot---she gave me soft pieces of bread she cut from a bun. I am glad she tried, but soggy "croutons" does not cut the mustard with me. To make matters worse they have a tiny parking area which they delusionally have marked for THREE vehicles when ONLY TWO can fit at any one time. Sure, you can squeeze your car in, but then you won't be able to open your car door!!! Too many negatives at...

Even though I do not visit this place too often since, as a vegetarian, I do not have many options to choose from, I think the two options that do not have meat are tasty. Also, the tomato and broccoli...

Me gusta mucho Subway pero lamentablemente el personal de este establecimiento en particular no saben brindar un buen servicio a la clientela, escuche a una de las trabajadoras pegar gritos en el restaurante como si estuviera en su casa por que encontró el baño sucio, comprendo la molestia de la trabajadora pero creo que el lugar no es el adecuado para pegar gritos así. Siento que deben prestar más atención al personal de este establecimiento, ya que esta es la segunda vez que me sucede algo así...
