Coffee & Kids Heredia — Restaurant in Mercedes

This is a great place for children, or at least is was for my child and cousins. They enjoy a lot being able to go play and comeback to our table for a drink or a bite of pizza. For me and my sister it was great to see them enjoy while we enjoy a drink and talk. Although, my sangria was not tasting good, I ordered an Artisan Pizza with ham and mushrooms, to be honest it wasn't as good as the description make it look like, and the size a little small for the price, my child love it tho. I ordered a burger from the house, it tasted ok, but the meat was not very well cooked. If you reserve: Be aware! We made a reservation to secure our table, but the reservation didn't secure a parking spot (!?) and the reservation confirmation message said that it was for 2h only (!?), after asking, management clarify that we could stay longer is are consuming. Once we arrive to our reservation (5m before the time) there was not parking available (ö), we decide to go around the block and give it a try to see if we get lucky, and we did. I'll probably go back and hope to have a better experience...

Pésimo. Hoy literalmente vomité después de comer aquí y nunca me enfermo del estómago, el panini horrible y para colmo ni tostado, además y muy grave me parece una inmensa irresponsabilidad que la casita donde juegan los NIÑOS ESTÁ A PUNTO DE COLAPSAR; está toda floja. Hace mucho fuí y no volví porque el lugar se veía sucio y ahora que volví me enfermó la comida y casualmente salió un chef todo sucio; es decir, sé que limpios no van a estar pero ver su uniforme con comida vieja o al menos eso parecía todo embarrado y casualmente luego enfermarme no creo que sean aseados con la manipulación de la comida, no sé si tienen control de plagas y demás. Por otro lado deberían tener un lavatorio afuera ahí bien bonito y presentado colocado en algún lugar adecuado porque me parece la única opción era dejar la mesa e ir a lavarse las manos al baño. Hace mucho tiempo había ido y una mosca antes de que me dieran el fresco se paró por todo el vaso, pedí que lo cambiaran y según ellos no me di cuenta que pusieron el vaso adentro y luego me volvieron a dar exactamente el mismo, claramente eso lo hicieron para que yo pensara que era uno nuevo pero yo soy muy observadora, eso estuvo pésimo, claramente pedí que me dieran uno nuevo y me fijé que sí fuera nuevo, o sea que lo les importó que me fuera a tomar un fresco contaminado nada más u nada menos wue con mosca. H abía pensado en reportar pero luego ocupada terminé olvidando hacerlo y aún así les di otra chance. Cómo es posible que haya gente que diga que el lugar es hermoso? No lo es; es sucio y descuidado, yo pensé que después de tanto tiempo de no haber vuelto ya lo habían puesto bonito, presentable pero ví que no fue así. Limpien y pinten bien eso, la pintura en las paredes vieja y sucia y la ventana donde están los juegos donde se puede ver a los niños jugando está que NUNCA le han pasado ni un trapo, por favor. If you are a clean person and care about your kids, don't come to this place. -Yo sé que hay un lavatorio en la entrada pero si los niños están al fondo jugando, para poder lavarse las manos sin dejas a los niños solos hay que ir al baño, o hasta afuera por eso deberían tener un lavatorio adentro que no sea el de los baños, a eso me refiero. Por otro lado no es mi percepción lo que relaté es exactamente la verdad porque yo no calumnio personas ni lugares; mis valores no me lo permiten. Qué lastima que no se me ocurrió tomar fotos para que así vieran la prueba y ahora no me faltaran al respeto al contradecirme de esta manera. What a lovely place to come grab a bite and let the kids play! They have a large indoor play area with toys and climbing structure, 2 arcade games outside, and a whole outdoor playground area. Seating both inside and out.

The food portions are large and the breakfast options are great. One of the best coffees I've had. Nice assortment of cakes too.

They only have one bathroom from what I could tell that is usually busy. There's also a baby room that was closed when we went, we used the neighboring bathroom there.
