One of my favorite places here in Playa Potrero. Food is good with large portions and great prices. I highly recommend them and would take my friends and family here. It is near the road but a bit secluded within the gated area. It has open-air seating on the patio. You really can't beat the price. Great local food and service. Friendly, clean, and good. Soda Marcell is definitely a place to go! It's a very home made style soda, with Costa Rican typical food. This was a great find for us and truly enjoyed our time there. The empanadas are super good.

I always order my meal with empanadas (chicken, beef, or cheese) to go so I have them for later in the toaster oven…the best! Takes about 20 minutes, so definitely order up front, as they are made by hand at the time of order.
