Wok & Roll — Restaurant in Turrialba

Wife and I went for lunch on a Wednesday. There were no other patrons in the place, but there were a few take out orders that came in and picked up food. We ordered the dumplings, and while they were decent, there was too much onion in them. Our fault for not paying attention to the menu when we ordered the Pad Thai...we didn't realize there was shrimp in it (I can't eat shrimp), so I wasn't able to eat that dish. We would perhaps ordered something else, but that one took 45 minutes to come out, so we didn't want to wait.

My wife began eating, but made it almost halfway through then found 2 hairs (one looked like an eyelash, the other was about 6 inches long, both black). The lady behind the counter said they were from my wife--nevermind that my wife's hair is neither black nor 6 inches long.

Editing my review based on a recent order. We ordered a delivery and they served sushi without ginger!!! Are you serious 😡😡😡 you charge a bunch of money and you don't serve basic stuff. I'm done eating sushi here. On top of that they charge for every little thing. Terrible if you are a non tico foodie in turialba 🤦🤦🤦🤦

If you ever visit Costa Rica, I recommend visiting Turrialba(town)it has beautiful views and delicious restaurants one of my favorite is located in the north side of Parque Quesada right in the middle of the town. They have a wonderful and excellent service. I recomend this place 100%. Food is amazing pretty large servings for fare price. Drinks delicious specially the lemon wirh peppermint. Clean and neat.
