I’ve traveled pretty extensively throughout Europe, including Italy, and the food here easily rivals some of the best Italian meals I’ve had ANYWHERE. During our five weeks in Costa Rica, this restaurant stood out as the place where we had our best meals.

My family ate here several times and I was able to try their pastas, salads, pizzas and salmon. The chefs are true culinary artists- everything was rich in flavor, fresh, beautifully presented, and deeply satisfying.

Fratelli Cocina Italiana had good pizza just the way my husband makes it at home. The staff was very attentive and professional. The young man who waited on us spoke English and was very friendly about assisting me with my Spanish pronunciation. It was reasonably priced . Our son had the Alfredo pasta and liked it. YOU MUST GO HERE if you’re in Turrialba! Or if you’re just in Costa Rica in general. The food is delicious and it’s a beautiful restaurant. We had mushroom toast, salmon carpaccio, a focaccia, a shrimp pasta with a delectable creamy tomato sauce and a pizza. Everything was so tasty! The service was excellent and the prices are so fair. Such a great experience.
