Cream Stone Ice cream Concepts — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Took my mom to this cream stone outlet raving about the I've cream quality and taste. However brands like cream stone have achieved success due to the consumers and their product. The service was extremely poor at this location it took the attendant 20 mins to take my order as he was managing both the take away and alacarte orders and raising k.o.t's. I am unaware if the cost of the ice cream includes or excludes the waffle cup or if there is an option that I am oblivious to, however as my mom was having their ice cream for the first time I wanted her to taste the waffle cup, this turned out to be the worst experience as I requested for the waffle cup to be packed along with my order the attendant was extremely rude and started showcasing an attitude that displayed poor customer service.he refused to give me a waffle (mind you "a" waffle cup) I paid a bill of Rs 467/- !! Anyway this rude attendant was stubborn and started using statements like "(in Hindi) we don't serve waffle Cones ever for takeaway orders we will not serve now" when asked if the same ice cream was served at the location would'nt it be served in a waffle cup ? He answered "this ice cream is never served in a cup!!" At this point screaming at me now during this whole time the manager is two feet away and looks on as the attendant is screaming a customer! Finally I stated that I want a waffle cone even if it meant I had to pay for one which I did and the attendant grudgingly packed a waffle cone with my order. Note to cream stone: the service industry has certain nuances that when handled well can help a brand, this one employee is ruining your customer service experience. Update: we had the Death By Chocolate and it is one bomb of an ice cream that's worth every penny. On a bed of hot browny sit two scoops of vanilla and chocolate ice-cream and then a diabolical sauce of chocolate sauce is poured over. It costs 248 rupees as of August 2025. We added almond and Ferrero rocher topping for another 83 bucks. 3 people can easily satiate their ice cream cravings. Overall another superstar on Cream stone menu

Creamstone is amazing anywhere anytime. The pioneers of Stoned ice cream in Hyderabad, Creamstone have upped the ante of ice cream culture of Hyderabad. Though their ice creams are very expensive, they're worth the money because they use high quality ingredients and maintain hygiene. Besides, their ice creams are super delicious. My favourite is their Willy Wonka. I love watching and recording their ice cream...

One of the worst out there, overpriced lack luster flavour and this particular branch had the worst staff. I asked for 2 ice creams one almond and one mango the guy taking the order said mango isn't available and then i asked for Balck current and then the guy suggested me to order sitafal ice cream and then he added 3 icecreams to the order when i originally had asked for 2 he didn't even confirm the order and gave me the receipt and demanded that i pay the full for all 3 ice cream which i didn't even want at the first place, i only wanted 2.
