Chicken sandwich without chicken - try at your own risk! And the single star is because I cannot post my comment without it. Hello everyone! I wanted to share my experience today at Cafe Coffee Day at My Home Rainbow outlet. Expecting to spend some time with friends over a cup of coffee and some sandwiches turned out to be a disaster. I asked for 3 sandwiches- one roast cheese chicken sandwich and two tandoori chicken sandwiches with cafe latte. The tandoori chicken served had 2 bits of lettuce and 3 slivers of shredded chicken- mind you just 3 slivers..carefully placed between a bun..costing INR130 each. They had no taste whatsoever, and on asking them, I was told very proudly and with disdain that this is the quantity they serve as if trying to make me feel guilty for asking the question. Besides the service fellow said that it was meant yo be that way. No attempt was even made to pay any heed to my comments and I was completely ignored.I have eaten sandwiches and I know what they are meant to taste, not to forget that I had eaten one earlier at the same outlet without any complaint. However, this experience has compelled me to believe that Cafe Coffee Day has lowered its quality and service to a level that is way below standards. I am one of the regular customer of cafe coffee day i visited coffee day outmet located at shaikpet , i visited two days first day i ordered for sugar cane juice bottle that was for Rs.90 , the juice that was served to me was not at all fresh , the juice was stinking and there was powder powder inside it, next day i visited same store ordered for vanilla frappe and alphansos mango frappe , you employee in place of serving alphansos mango frappe served some other coffee , when i asked i ordered for mango frappe she told maam we dont have mangos so mango frappe is not available if some item is not available you can inform customers right we can order something how can your employee serve any coffee by their wish ?
