Konoba Kumpanija — Restaurant in Grad Cres

Absolutely recommended, 10/10 experience. We went there 2 days ago, and received the very best treatment. The two women that served us were absolutely amazing, specifically, the waitress with the braid and glasses served us to perfection: every dish came out at the right pace, we never waited too long neither were rushed, she advised us in the best way possible and was very kind overall, she even offered to take a picture of us, unsolicited, which is very unusual for waiters! The food was simply divine, a little expensive but very worth it, the portions were right, very savoury and tasty, very good looking as well, but the best thing is that everything felt super fresh!

This restaurant is by far the best one I have been to in Cres. Not only is the food excellent, but all the ingredients used are super fresh and full of flavour. The ambiance is also amazing, with a beautiful and romantic setting that is completely unique to this restaurant and cannot be found anywhere else in the city. However, the best part of the dining experience in Kumpanija is definitely the WONDERFUL staff that made us feel appreciated and super welcome. The price to quality ratio is completely right and I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of a unique and unforgettable experience. 10/10!! We will be coming back every time...

I was very excited to taste the pigling and try the close located restaurant. Unfortunately I had to go home with a very disappointing feeling because of the following facts:

Some of the dishes were cold or lukewarm. In comparison to all the other tried restaurants in Cres - you have to pay for bread and the obligatory liquor after meal. Service was not politely and not attentive. I told the waitress my main dish was cold and she said: “Sorry, that’s because of the weather” (there is an outdoor kitchen and we had round about 22°)
