Super bad experience you should avoid this place, the sunset from the premises is awesome but you don't need the bar or their sunbeds to watch it.

I went there with my vegan girlfriend and ask if they could make a Pina colada without the cream, and their answer was "We can't do it, it isn't a Pina Colada without cream!", I've then asked what were the vegan options for drinks and the guys said there aren't even though there are many options, like mojito, caipirinha and some others. I was expecting they could suggest some tasty drinks for my vegan girlfriend and they just don't care about the customer, this was the first bad experience. The second part happened when the wind ruined my beach umbrella, I went to the same guy who charged me 400 Kunas for the sunbeds and umbrellas rent and he said it wasn't with them.

Don't give you any assistance with the sunbeds, if something happens to your umbrella, that's on you. So don't go to Falko, pay the same price at Hula Hula and get a way...

We visited this restaurant yesterday for coffee, lunch, and several glasses of wine, and left a generous tip, impressed by the overall experience. However, our return visit today was a complete disappointment due to unprofessional service.

Upon arrival, the waiter who greeted us insisted on seating us either at high bar stools or on a low lounge-style sofa, neither of which is suitable for having a proper meal. The table where we had lunch yesterday was completely empty, yet we were told we could not sit there without any reasonable explanation.

A good restaurant should value returning customers and show flexibility when accommodating their seating preferences, especially when the desired table is unoccupied. This lack of courtesy and rigid approach reflects poorly on the management’s commitment to guest satisfaction.

Instead of gaining loyal customers who would gladly return and recommend the restaurant, the unprofessional staff has earned a customer who will not return and will not recommend this...
