aRoma Gelato — Restaurant in Grad Korčula

Very impressive display in-store. This is a holiday destination and ice cream is supposed to be fun. Called in twice during our stay. Staff didn’t look interested, not a smile, welcome and barely an acknowledgement. Asked for salted caramel and was given ice cream from a different tub. Questioned it and was told it def was. My wife tried it and also said it wasn’t. At these prices it should be luxury ice cream. Don’t bother, go round the corner for ice cream at half the price for twice the quality … and with a happy smile! Sharpen up … or...

A very interesting experience. They have a variety of different flavors and you can try each one if you want, the male staff we meet was very friendly and offered us to try right away. It was tasty and definitely gelato because it started to melt quickly.

I don't have a problem with anyone, but kinda expected Croatian workers, unfortunately more and more foreigners are replacing the local population because we all understand why.

What you can find here: -the most expensive ice cream ever -the worst customer service that I have ever seen in any place in Europe Most of them speaks neither Croatian nor English. They do not understand any word written on their own receipt. When asked what does “Odbijeno” mean on the bill (transaction rejected), lady said: “We do not know this what we were said to repeat transaction in such situation”.
