Konoba Lem — Restaurant in Jelsa

I have never eaten so badly in Croatia.All of the fish we ordered, from the octopus salad to the prawns and salmon in the royal salad, was deep-frozen and had been thawed shortly beforehand, even though we were less than four meters from the sea.Veal medallion that looked like dog food was covered with a creamy mushroom sauce that looked really disgusting.The breaded schnitzel had all the breading removed. So, this has nothing to do with Schnitzel at all.The lasagne was really greasy and the pasta was overcooked.And last but not least, the jamnica water was simply replaced with soda water, which the lovely ladies and gentlemen behind the counter make themselves Anyone who has ever drunk the water knows that it is just tap water with added carbon dioxide.Simply a sad restaurant, not recommended at all and a tourist rip-off. Stay away from this restaurant.It's not the poor waiter's fault, he did his best and he was okay.And people, please don't order any meat or ketchup, because you have to pay for the ketchup and bread separately on the bill. One sits there very nice and is served friendly, but the food was mediocre. Assuming that a fish platter for two people right by the sea would be a good idea, we ordered it. Unfortunately, there wasn't much to it: a few mussels, two medium-sized fish (one of which was dorado), a couple of sardines, some small fried squid, and a side dish of potatoes and spinach leaves. There were some vegetables as well, but they were so cold that they were obviously straight out of the fridge. The whole thing tasted so-so: one of the fishes was overcooked. I can do better than that at home. The quantity: OK for one person, but certainly not for two. This dish was calculated with 485,00 Kuna. The food we ordered was just fine, but the service was horrible. The two of us waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our salads. After about an hour, the waiter asked if he still needed to bring the salads, and then I received the wrong order. I told him that I didn’t order the salad with ham and eggs and that I had ordered the "Vrboska" salad which is made with squid. He took the salad from my friend, whose order with sardines was correct, and said, "This is 'Vrboska'," which wasn't true.
