I rarely write reviews, but after our experience, I feel it’s important to offer an honest assessment. Despite the high ratings on Google, this restaurant seems to cater more to tourists rather than locals, with a clear disconnect in the quality and value of the food provided. We ordered pasta and lobster, hoping for a memorable meal. Unfortunately, the pasta was severely undercooked, and the lobster was so overcooked it became dry and tough, a disappointing combination for any palate. The shock didn’t stop there; the prices were exorbitant, costing 3 to 4 times more than what you’d expect from nearby establishments, which certainly didn’t match the quality served.
Adding to the disappointment was our attempt to order drinks to perhaps salvage the evening. Despite asking three different servers to take our order while we waited, each one asked us to wait further and never returned, a clear lapse in service that didn’t go unnoticed.
While the restaurant does offer live music, which could have been a redeeming feature, it wasn’t enough to offset the overall negative experience. Given the plethora of dining options available in the area that likely offer better value and service, I cannot recommend this place. It’s definitely not worth the premium they charge. My advice? Try to avoid this restaurant and explore other local gems that better represent the culinary delights...

Read moreWe’ve been told by our tour guide that this is one of the best restaurants in Varadero and their service is amazing!
Unfortunately, we were not that lucky. The service sucked. First of all, baby high chair didn’t have safety straps and the waitress argued with us that it’s not supposed to have straps. Second of all the waitress was going to pass hot soup over my baby’s head, we were shocked. Lastly we booked a table outside on the patio and they put us inside, we asked them to fix this and they argued with us that we didn’t book a table outside.
The most annoying part was paying for the bill!!! Double conversion is ridiculous and doesn’t make any sense.
Cute atmosphere though, but very expensive even for us coming from Canada. Paying 30 US dollars for a Lobster dinner in Cuba is insane, most of Cubans’ monthly...
