Was long overdue at trying their breakfast! Usually we eat lunch which is really good 'pub grub'. Was heading to the shops so decided to drop in for breakfast. There is a choice of small or large portion which consists of sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns, mushroom (large cap) for a small it's one of each and large is two of each also get tomatoes and baked beans. There is toast, proper butter, marmalade and either a tea or coffee. Really nicely cooked, the eggs were dunkable too which is our preference for fried eggs!
A small breakfast is €6.95 and large is just €8.95 which I think is excellent value for money for quality food. And the brews are nice too! Saw a post on 'X' formally Twitter of a breakfast at a celebrity chef's restaurant in UK for the princely sum of £19!!!! To be perfectly honest the breakfast at The Village looked 100% better in terms of amount of food on the plate, the way the food was placed on the plate and how well...
Read moreAbismel, we had Christmas day lunch there and we were extremely disappointed, the prawn cocktail was awful, unpeeled prawns dipped in mayo very messy and difficult to peel. Main course OK but for xmas nothing special. We waited 50 minutes between main course and sweet which was mediocre at best. We ordered a carafe of white wine on top of the meal. All in all it was a super rip off, 50e deposit and the final bill 115e total 165e for mediocre food and extremely poor service Not recomend. It was awful and extremely expensive for mediocre food...

The service was fantastic, really quick and the ladies were so polite and welcoming. The food/drinks were very reasonably priced and came out very quick. We can’t fault the food, it really was a homely Sunday roast, a typical British pub roast vibe. Highly recommend and sits within our top 3 of food out in Paphos this...
