Harat's — Restaurant in Germasogeia

New bar, which we wanted to visit. I called and asked for availability of tables to watch basketball game Olympiacos - Pamathinaikos, they told that they will show it and I booked table for 4 people. We went 2 of us, but our reservation was disappeared 🤷‍♀️ I called 2 hours before to go. In the end they found a table inside, but we booked in smoking area (inside was not allowed to smoke). And I noticed that on tv is no basketball 🤔I asked again if they will show a game (20 min of game passed), they answered “Yes, we will” and left.. We were waiting for 15 min for beer and game, didn’t have result and left 🤷‍♀️ We didn’t have a chance to try food and drinks, so 1 star for this.

Your internal investigation was failed because we were 2 of us, we didn’t start to smoke at all and just seated 15 min and waited for waiter. For this 15 minutes waiter didn’t changed any tv for us, and was seems that he didn’t plan to come and take an order. About booking preference about place, we were 1st time there, we don’t know if you have smoking areas or not smoking. I think your job was to ask, but not just take a table from guest to place us somewhere. Wish you to work on your mistakes and will fix your internal...

Thought to try this Irish pub as it was new on the tourist road. Where to begin.. the food is terrible a joke really i ordered a cheeseburger my mrs ordered a salad... they bring the salad first ceasar salsd no ceaser dressing and a few thinly sliced pieces of chicken... my cheeseburger was tasteless literally and the fries portion was for a five year old... The waitress also decided to come over take my glass with half my drink iand throw it away and bring me a new glass because it was dirty with NO ICE? Nevermind wasting half the customers drink... on top when asking for mayonaise nothing said about a charge and added a euro onto the bill... The beer was also warm and water smaller then a baby bottle os 3:50... never in your lifw will you expereince a more rip off place STAY AWAY... they have irish pub in the name in fact ita a disgrace to an iriah pub.. they must think they are a 5 star restaurant to be charging these prices... also its a pub and they charge 3 euro for a small plate of peanuts... go across the road to nags or barley's you will get better value better food and better drinks.. its a shame because the staff will lose on tips for sure. 40 euros for a medium size lame burger a ceasar salad a beer...

The price you will pay in this place is in average higher then majority of other bars in the city. Selection of the beers is typical. But you will have to pay higher. Food is nice, though portions are smaller than in other places. Once you will pay the bill, this would be a final destination for the service they will give you. This place has no parking and the only option is a toll parking next to it, which is payable only by coins. When I asked them to change 5 euro in to coins. The answer from a waiter was rude! We do not have any coins, and said in a way, we do not care about you any longer. So my bad that I paid a bill first and after asked for a service. A thing I would not recommend anyone to do in this place. Not the first, but the last visit to this place. There are many options in the city where the attitude and service to a client is...
